What We Collect
- Server logs: IP address, user-agent, page URL, timestamp — kept for 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
- Analytics: aggregated, anonymous traffic data (page views, session length, country) via privacy-respecting analytics. No cross-site tracking.
- Affiliate clicks: when you click through to a partner casino, the destination operator may log your visit per their own policy.
- Contact form submissions: the email and message you submit. Stored only as long as needed to reply.
What We Don't Collect
- We don't ask for your name, NRIC, banking details or operator login credentials. Don't ever share those with us — no legitimate review site needs them.
- No cross-site behavioural tracking. No third-party advertising pixels.
- No newsletter sign-up by default — you opt in explicitly if and when we add one.
Cookies
We use essential cookies only — language preference, session continuity. No advertising cookies, no Facebook Pixel, no Google Ads remarketing. If we add any in the future, you'll see a banner before they activate.
Affiliate Tracking
When you click a "Visit Casino" or operator-name link, you arrive at the operator's site through a tracked URL. The operator pays MyPoky a commission if you register and play. You pay nothing extra — see our Affiliate Disclosure for full details.
Your Rights (Malaysian Visitors)
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), you have the right to ask what data we hold on you, request correction, or request deletion. Email us via the contact page with your request — we respond within 14 days.
Data We Don't Have to Share
We don't sell, rent, or share visitor data with operators or third parties. We don't have ad networks. The only data leaving our infrastructure is the click-through to a partner casino, which is essentially the same as you visiting that casino directly.
Children
MyPoky is for adults 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you are a parent and believe your child has used MyPoky, contact us and we'll delete any associated records.
Changes to This Policy
If we materially change this policy (e.g. adding analytics tools, opening a newsletter), we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and post a notice on the home page for 14 days.
